I. Summary/Objective:
We are seeking an experienced UX & Digital Designer to support the development of our website and digital marketing activities. This role requires a detail-oriented, highly creative, and collaborative professional who can execute designs that align with our brand guidelines, enhance user experience, and meet business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong UX/UI design background, puts the customer experience first, thrives under tight deadlines, is receptive to feedback, and works seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers. Additionally, they must be skilled in digital design for various marketing assets, including social media, display ads, and email campaigns.
This position is key to the success of the marketing team's efforts. Must have strong digital creative, branding and photography editing skills. Experience within the healthcare industry is definitely a plus.
II. Responsibilities:
Design and optimize UX/UI for new landing pages, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Create compelling digital assets, including banners, social media graphics, and email visuals.
Translate business goals into user-centric design solutions that drive conversions and engagement.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs and digital assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and content teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and stakeholder input.
Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.
Ensure mobile-first and responsive design principles are incorporated into all landing pages.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI, e-commerce, and digital experiences.
Responsible for maintaining a cohesive look and feel throughout all projects ensuring that all designs are on point with the brand guidelines.
Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to develop creative design solutions that reflect brand standards, as directed by the Brand Marketing Director.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as demonstrating efficiency when working independently.
Produce final files that image properly to specs
Partner with Creative Coordinator to meet specific requests and deadlines
III. Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in e-commerce or omni-channel environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects with a focus on landing pages and digital experiences.
IV. Skills /Qualifications:
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Expertise in Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or other UX/UI design tools.
Strong understanding of UX best practices, user behavior, and conversion optimization.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (not required to code but must understand implementation feasibility).
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative, and feedback-driven environment.
Proficiency in Asana, Jira, or other project management tools is a plus.
