Creative Coordinator

I. Summary/Objective:

The Creative Coordinator is a central operational role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of creative projects entering the Marketing department. This role ensures efficient workflow management, accurate project scoping, and timely delivery of creative assets across multiple channels.

The position requires a strong combination of project management, technical production knowledge, and cross-functional communication, leveraging tools such as Asana, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Digital Asset Management platforms (Bynder).

This role supports the execution of multi-channel campaigns and business initiatives, serving internal stakeholders across B2C, B2B, and internal communications. Success in this role depends on attention to detail, process optimization, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

II. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creative workflow in Asana, tracking projects from intake through final delivery, including timelines, dependencies, and priorities

  • Review and validate creative briefs to ensure all required information, assets, and technical specifications are complete before kickoff

  • Maintain clear communication of timelines, updates, and action items across stakeholders

  • Coordinate designer workload and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track

  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and are prepared according to production specifications (formats, sizes, resolution, vendor requirements)

  • Organize and maintain final assets, including print-ready and digital files, using structured systems and DAM platforms (Bynder)

  • Manage and support Bynder platform usage, including asset uploads, tagging, taxonomy organization, version control, and user support

  • Ensure proper file naming conventions, metadata accuracy, and accessibility of assets within the DAM system

  • Support creative direction through brief development, artwork review, and consistency across all channels (retail, digital, social, email, print)

  • Oversee quality control processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all creative outputs

  • Identify risks, manage shifting priorities, and continuously improve workflows to increase efficiency.

III. Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on creative production and technical execution (final files, print and digital asset preparation, specifications, and formats)

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, along with basic production specifications for print and digital assets

  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management platforms (e.g., Bynder) is a plus; willingness to learn and manage asset organization and metadata is required

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across cross-functional teams
