**Job Summary:**

As an Assistant Sales Manager at Stanton Optical, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and Brand Manager to drive sales performance within a team setting. You will assist in resolving customer issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and preparing for increased responsibilities in your career development.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**
- Drive sales to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Support Sales Manager duties, including training, coaching, and developing retail associates.
- Analyze reports to ensure staff members meet set goals.
- Resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.
- Implement company standards and directives.
- Perform simple customer repairs and ensure accurate and timely delivery of eyeglasses.
- Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment malfunctions or incomplete orders.
- Monitor delivery time commitments to ensure compliance.

**Key Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a secondary leadership role or managing small sales teams.
- Demonstrated outstanding sales performance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong communication skills.

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for exceptional customer care.
- Interest in fostering innovation and maintaining high work standards.
- Flexibility in work hours based on business needs.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, etc.
- Optical experience is a plus.
