**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in achieving sales goals and targets. The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and provide exceptional customer service.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to sales team members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for senior management.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus.
